Just went there to see what's up and he posted for the first time in 9 months after the Pitt loss.  He's still twisted and witty.

Maven aka Sammy Albano of Maven Media Group is a Twitter guy now, having left here, don't know the details of that. On Twitter he is relentless in attacking Zach Braxiller of the NY Post, merciless.

A long time ago he attacked me on here over me getting some fact wrong on NYC High School basketball.

I miss Fun the most.

Early in the life of Redmen.com there was a poster who tried to dog whistle some anti-Semitic energy on the board.  Maven shut him down so fast it was a thing of beauty.  In Israel they call that the "Righteous Among the Nations".

What about Marrilac? That guy used to post a lot over there too, I think he was banned from this site multiple times.

I liked Marillac but he went off the rails during that last mullin season I hope he’s doing okay mentally 
 
Marillac is fine. I’m friends with him on Facebook he’s busy with his kid. Unfortunately he talks less in the third person now. I skyways cracked up when he talked in the third person

Could be. Not sure when it came out but way back during the Norm debacle his second to last year all the banished members from here were on big East boards which was pretty much the Wild West of the internet. They had a party at a bar one night in the city and Maven was bringing Lenn Robbins who was supposed to be writing a hit piece on Norm and a bunch of guys were there. Sly Fox from here was there. Anyway I think marillac was ordering drinks in the third person that night @ hey bartender marillac needs a drink “ . The night turned out to be a blast a really fun time. Lenn never wrote the hit piece instead he wrote more cream puff crap
