Holy Cross

I am, but I live 40 miles east of the Queens campus.

Careless plays...2 missed dunks, a missed layup, stepping out of bounds, being too submissive not attacking the rim, etc. Should be 60-46 right now.

20 for Sampson...who told me he isn't a 20 point guy? :D

Me and I will be thrilled to eat my words.

I never meant as an average PPG I just meant he can go off for 20 some games. He looked great today though! Can block, can dunk, can rebound, and can knock down turn-around mid range J's. Plus he loves Spongebob which can only help his stock

Do they sell T shirs and jerseys for kids in the lobby on game day Moose?

Don't know honestly. I'm sure someone else might have seen.

Nobody else on this board answers me when I ask anything. It's funny I always try to help others

I thought you were a little quick the other day with that :)
If people don't know they won't answer unless you specifically ask so and so a question. And I don't mind that because I don't want 18 people clogging up the thread with 'I don't know' ;)

Try the bookstore before the game actually

I called the Bookstore nobody answered

It's a conspiracy that no one answers ccnobz I tell you :)

These games are almost deisgned to be ugly. It's a young team that has to learn to play defense in a system, and learn offensive sets. The objective isn't to win by as much as possible in the pre-season, but to learn to play in a system that will yield success in the Big East season.

Keep in mind that most guys who haven't play D1 basketball before has mostly thrived in HS and prep schools on their athletic ability. Once at D1, only the very best players get by on talent alone, and the rest have to learn to play in a system and refine their defensive skills like never before. Just about every guy on the roster could score in HS, now many of them will be role players with guys like Sampson and Harrison scoring the bulk of points conisstently.

We have a long way to go, and the team is learning.

Ha! It was open I got to buy my son and his friends STJ shirts and myself a STJ pull over!!!!

I just want to quickly share a few thinks about last night.

First off I took my son and two of his friends to the game, and we sat in the VIP seats on the court right next to Mike Repole. He is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He was nothing but nice to us.

The guys on the team were awesome, Greene came over and gave my son a high five, so did Sir Dom. But I have to give speacial thanks to Harrison, I asked him to take a pic w/ my son about 10 mins before tip, and he came over a few minutes later and took a pic, on the court, with my 10 year old son. If I knew how to do it I would post it. Hats off to Harrison- I hope he reads this board- thanks D Angelo you made my kids night and you have a fan for life.

Hey Moose- It was nice seeing you at the Fox pre-game too.

Happy Turkey Day everyone!

Does anyone know how I can drop Harrison a note maybe via email or Facebook?
if he's on facebook you can send him a private message.

You might want to call the athletic office and ask them how you can send him a note that he'll receive. I think that's a way that you'd know for sure he got it
