Wake up call

You just want to watch the train wreck don't you[/quote]

No I think they could lose to Princeton or Wagner. The defensive intensity is alarming and needs to be addressed quickly. A bad loss might be the only way that happens. If doesn't happen before BE season, those BE losses have a way of snowballing. Maybe kids need a kick in the gonads.

Ten point SJU win, but Keita reinjured after a fall when a fan, closely resembling Maher & running late as usual to his seat, spills three pints of ale near bench. “Slipping on ale injuries” usually take months of rehab.

Hopefully another 2 weeks of rehab and a week of practice will be enough to get himready for SH.

Poultice of well-salted overdone Nathan's French fries sometimes effective with ale injuries. Research suggests time of exposure is critical factor; i.e. is anyone trying to lick the ale off the player's knee?

Why so early? You usually cut it a bit closer.

Yes I am guilty of the use of WE when discussing my teams. Really bothers my wife. Guess I have to move over to the complaint thread for her.

ESPN Matchup predictor gives us a 84% chance to win.

RealtimeRPI predicts us for a 89-69 win.

we will be lucky to win this game. This will not be a blowout. Also Wagner is not half bad too. Better sharpen up or this historic run will be short lived! Come on boys!!! Play up to your potential!! Go Johnnies!!!!

This game scares me as while Princeton struggled a little last season, they are a very well coached, fundamentally sound team that can shoot. We need to be locked in and focused from the start. I think this is a tougher game then Wagner. Looking forward to getting back to the Garden.

I’ll take the over on the 2 Bronx Pale Ales

:)

I will be there, section 107 row 18. Heading to Stout around Noon. I’m hoping that this team is Jacked up for their first game at the Garden this season and come out the way they did for the Rutgers game.

I will be watching with a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (can't get Bronx Pale Ale where I am) as our very early snowstorm hits us here in NC. If all goes well, hoping to make a road trip to MSG for the BE tournament in March.

My take on season so far is: (i) starting five is as good or better than expected, (ii) staff needs to quickly find a way to improve defensive intensity in first half, (iii) we need Keita to contribute significant minutes once BE season starts or we will be a bubble team at best, (iv) Dixon, Williams & Trimble will all get better as season progresses. Just my opinion and I am often wrong.

Lol...when will these sites learn? Anyone who bets on us to cover -20 is an idiot at this point. By the way Paultz, if a fan resembling Maher gets Keita injured and they list him as being out a few months, that's still better than the dreaded "day to day". It's funny to see Zach B getting so annoyed over all the Keita injury questions. He reminds me of Francesa only not nearly as popular/accomplished. Acting more pompous lately towards fans.

Penn's Shake Shack is a fake...they crushed my world when they told me they don't have crispy onions to put on their burgers. Garden City's on Old Country has them and it makes all the difference! I'll be going to the game and I looked at 114 which had some availability and had to laugh knowing a bunch of you guys sit there. Don't worry, I won't be going with my Mullin's Maniacs friend, it will be someone else. No wig this time so I'll be harder to identify.

Amazing how agitated he gets. He makes it seem like covering sports is the worst job in the world.
