Have your tickets from MSG arrived yet?

Also, here on Long Island, we have a guy driving around and stealing packages left at front doors. They have home survelience videos showing him pulling into driveways, running out of his vehicle and grabbing the packages and driving away. I hope they catch this sob and lock him up for a long time.

Sounds like the anti-Claus!!

Took me 4 calls yesterday to to even get an answer.
Asked about yukon tickets in Hartford and they directed me to the Red White Club.
Called Kevin Barry who asked if I had called the ticket office.
Kevin said he'd call me back with ticket info.
I'm still waiting.
I miss Myron.

Tom, Myron was the nicest guy and always took good care of me. The lady that runs things now is not pleasant to deal with. I went to buy 20 tickets to give to a CYO team and I noticed she the personality of a brick.
Plus, Dennis had the "hair thing" going long before Donald Trump got credit for it ! LOL!

Tom I've had a lot of interaction with Kevin. Not knowing your exact circumstance I'd say just be patient. Kevin is my goto guy who I was introduced thru another member here.

He is the guy I go to to get things done. I dont want to deal with anyone else. I call him and he gets things done. He's the one that got me tickets to the Kentucky game and when I told him at the last minute that I needed 1 extra ticket since my girlfriend was able to make it ( literally only a couple of days before the game ) he said no problem and he'd get it done.

We ended up sitting next to him at the kentucky game so it's not like he stuck us up in the nose bleeds.

I still havent gotten my tickets yet but I have no doubt Kevin will gets things done for me before the game saturday.

Hang in there and I have no doubt he will get back to you. He ALWAYS follows thru

I think the key is here is Kevin doesn't work in ticketing. But goes above and beyond to pick up the pieces that ticketing leaves behind.

If you guys are talking about Melissa in ticketing, she was very nice to me a couple of years ago when I asked to move my seats to near my friends. I only had to wait untill they did the seat changes and she accomodated me. I was very nice and patient with her and she appreciated that and did me the favor in return.

Great point. My fault in not mentioning that. I pretty much rely on him for everything of which 90% doesnt fall under his domain in the first place.

But he always does his best to fix others mistakes that dont even fall under his area

She's very nice also. She worked with Kevin on getting some friends seated near me this year.

They both did a GREAT job in that respect and it was much appreciated

Is this Kevin Barry grad of around 96/97?

Got his masters at STJ.
Kev's a great guy and has helped me in the past.
The point of my original post was how ridiculous it was to me that the ticket office couldn't accomodate me initially.

On the subject of students selling their tickets, apparently it is now not only allowed but also encouraged.

"QUEENS, N.Y. - Today, St. John’s University announced that leading online ticket marketplace, Vivid Seats, is now the preferred secondary ticket partner of St. John’s Athletics. This new partnership will offer students, alumni, and fans added services and options for buying and selling tickets in support of the Red Storm."

Would love to hear the mindset behind leaving a big time reputable service like StubHub for something I've never heard of before.

Still waiting for my tickets. Finally reached someone with a brain at Fedex who took an interest and corrected the totally screwed up information SJU listed. I've personally given this information to people at the ticket office several times to no avail and they still had my phone number from two residences ago. After being advised by SJU to go pick up the tickets conveniently located about 75 miles away I did get a promise of delivery by Fedex for today. So I'll either see ya'll at the game or not depending on Fedex today. Such joy dealing with this and all the other junk surrounding the program. But am I frustrated? Bet your sweet ...
