If one of the two guards leave that is all she wrote on the Mullin era as coach. Not saying he should be fired but you have to build on those two if one leaves he will not be able to recover. Not sure he will turn it around with both guys but no shot w/o one.
I disagree. Lovett is an excellent scorer, but having 2 undersized guards playing 30 plus minutes together can create problems on the defensive end way too often. If he leaves after this year, we will have a more balanced back court in terms of size. I hope he stays, but, as Branch Rickey told Ralph Kiner, "We finished last with you, we can finish last

Who ever leaves so be it . At this point if a recruit pulls out we replace him with someone better. Realistically, we are not loaded with top talent What we presently have is not going to get us too far I am all for changes let it start Staff has to anticipate departures and have a better option for that spot if it happens .
And if they would have brought in better player to play with Ralph they wouldn't have finished last. Not the guards fault the roster is uneven. Don't want to make Clark out to be Larry Johnson but he will help next year. Need another big as well. You can't take away 1 half of the only good players we have and have it be a good thing.
