Staff knew he was restless and could explore options. Marcellus’ name has been out there also re portal, but we’ll see on him.
 
I don't get this one. Kid would have a major role next year on a team that would be one of the preseason favorites to win the conference.
 
Don't know if he wants to play close to home...

will root for him wherever he ends up, as long as it's not at L$U w/ Will Wade.  Maybe if he wants to be home and get great education he goes to Tulane if they have spots.

 
 
Sorry to hear this.  Hopefully he won’t continue to be injury prone.
 
Before the year before Covid I felt he could be a transfer guy.  Wasn't a CMA recruit, going into his final year.  Now again I guess this next year might not be his final year technically but it's not so surprising.  Add in the amount of guards we have been mentioned to and its no brainer there was smoke and fire.

I didn’t even realize Wahab bailed from Gtown. Jeez this transfer stuff is getting out of hand 
 
I'm really sorry to see this as Greg has been one of my favorite Johnnies of the past few years. But aside from whether this individual move is good for Greg and regardless of who we have feelers out for, it's not a good look when this much of your team wants to transfer out. Bad day imho. 
 
Is he able to return to SJU, like kids testing the NBA waters?
 
LJ went portal, the year before he went portal and left for Oregon, right?

I'll miss his father's tweets, all around great family it seems, best of luck to him.

Do we have more guys in portal than on the team??
