Yeah, for so long we assumed we would usually lose on the road, but not now. This group plays w confidence no matter the venue. I will say however, we have to avoid first half swoons, deep holes like GT game at MSG and last night. Sooner or later that will bite you in the ass.

Switching gears, staff has our guys in prime shape with key guys playing major minutes & always seem fresher than opponents down the stretch. (Like last night)
 
PLEASE, guys, stop digging a double digit deficit into the second half. We expend so much energy and efforts just to pull even, and one of these days, pulling these games out won't always keep happening.
 
Man- do I just have that much of a Big East bias… but I think all our teams are “good/formidable”?… sucks they didn’t have a better OOC… Gtown got waxed by ND…

I NEVER understood the Little Vincent cold cheese thing. Yuck. But my nephews swear by it...
 
The buzz is palpable:

People are calling me and asking to go to a game instead of me having to beg and ply them with food, drink and hookers.

My 91 year old mother reads every Newsday article about them, and there are many, and watched and texted me about the win. My middle son, who's not into it, watched the Ot with me and was into it.

Even my attendance has gone up. I've been to 4 already and it looks like I'll be at 8 before the BE tournament. I could get used to this winning thing!
