I received an e-mail (see below) that says the game starts at 6 but everywhere else it says 2.

The St. John’s men’s basketball team opens back-to-back home games against longtime rival Georgetown on Sunday inside Madison Square Garden.
Tip off is set for 6 p.m.

Sunday will mark the Red Storm’s annual First Responders Day, as the program will honor the contributions of everyday heroes who selflessly serve the citizens of the city and region. In addition, St. John’s and MSG will honor the late Howard Garfinkel, a legendary figure in college basketball.

2,500 fans will also go home with a custom St. John’s Basketball cup courtesy of Maspeth Federal Savings.

Tickets to the contest can be purchased using the link below.

Typical St. John's. Show up at 6 and if you miss the game sue! :ROFLMAO:

Email screwed me up too..

I also noticed it says "tomorrow" in the graphics, even though game is on Sunday and they sent the email on Friday afternoon.

We are St. John's.

great scheduling time on conference championship Sunday--what ever happened to Noon start on such a day????

screw this game-we'll be at home for the Birds--Go Eagles

The decision makers at SJU seem to fail at everything involving men’s basketball. Why would anyone think a Geo vs SJU would be a draw to play at MSG.
It is almost always a battle along with DePaul for the last three slots in the big east. Geo didn’t win a big east game last year and to schedule it on a big NFL day just doesn’t make much sense but very little with the SJU program makes sense.

Given the disastrous seasons that both teams are experiencing and the NFL Conference Chamionships, this game could have been played in my high school gym. I have been offered free tickets twice this week. Both times I replied -I guess you're not interest in mine?

Alas, like an ultimate glutton for punishment, I will be at the Garden tomorrow.

For the most park, with the exception of Villanova last week (and I still think they're a bit better than their record indicates), Anderson's teams have done a good job taking care of business at home, against teams they should beat. This is a team we should beat, though if Posh doesn't play, it will be tougher.
It amazes me how people act like Posh has been good this year.

If this was last year then I'd agree, but this year Posh isn't any better then Curbelo.
