Georgetown 1st Game

Never thought I'd say this but if Phil Greene is shooting well, we have a chance.

He has been our zone buster and we should see a heavy dose of it.

I think he's the X-factor.

I'd put Joey on Joshua and Obekpa on Hopkins at trhe start.
Have him hack Joshua maybe even for the first 8minutes. Joey with his body can lean in him and give him some hard fouls. Then maybe put Amar on him for more hard fouls.
On offense run run run, he can't keep up, though he'll try.

Maybe in the last 8minutes he'll be exhausted then you put CO on him.

Don't have any faith in a game plan that includes "Joey". No offense but if Lavin ever quits or gets fired I will not be recommending you as his successor. :)

I'd say Joey is doing a pretty damn good job on Smith 2-5 from the field for only 5pnts joey has 2pnts and both has 2boards. Think I'll take that from Joey.

I don't think there has been one post about the season; we are playing poorlyTHIS GAME and the posts reflect that, nothing more nothing less.Not sure what you are reading.
 
we have not played well but i found it to be one of the worst refereed halves I have seen in a while. It just seemed like a lot of contact that was not called and the tip in by Dom definitely should have counted even Rafferty said it on TV.

Plus Fox showed one exchanged where the referee spent about 45 seconds to a minute just standing next to Thompson while we were shooting foul shots and they were laughing adn chatting. Not saying anything inappropriate was happenning but it looks bad and i dont see them doing that with Lavin.

Lets come out and make the extra pass and hit some shots.
We need to play smarter and dribble a little less.

I thought our defense, apart from rebounding, has been very good.
 
First play of the hlf Pointer drive4s and double clutches rather than go strong. Not criticizing just pointing out refs will not give you that call even though there is contact.
