It's mind boggling to me that they are on the court together. X isn't guarding either one of them beyond 15 feet. You could say this about Mathis paired with anybody, nothing to do with playing next to wusu.
I guess, but both guys could provide value in spurts if they were surrounded by shooters. Either paired up against the opponent's best offensive guard/wing and can get to the rim on offense.
