Amazing we are able to get this much out of em. Having Steere inside would really have helped today along with Champs and Roberts.
It happens when you put your 2 legit scorers on bench at same time
We’re in the long game here. It wasn’t that. They’ve been guarding Heron very well.
You can't make mass subs, though. This ain't a bottom-tiered mid major.

I thought you'd want to punch Hurley.

We had 7 years in a row where our best player was lights out from the FT line. We don't have that lights out player anymore so we're going to have struggles from the FT line.

He took out LJ, Heron and Roberts at same time, they immediately on 15-1 run. If you can’t make a correlation I don’t even know what to say.

I wasn’t expecting them not to close the early gap on us, but we did a lot of it to ourselves. Gotta get Heron going in the second half.
Earlington missed Champagnie wide open underneath on that drive/charge.
I noticed the same. As much as I've liked what Earlington has done in this early season, he seems to always look to score. He gets tunnel vision once he starts going towards the basket.

Rooming with Heron? :)

On this team we can. Our depth is our main strength. Our best two definitely need lion’s share minutes but we will go as far as our bench takes us this year. We have been able to keep our players with fouls on the bench and have played as a team. I like this type of play.

We can't mass sub with this team when we're playing decent-to-solid competition. We'll find ourselves in a hole if we do.

Subbing incrementally, yes. Mass subbing, no.

Bobby Hurley looked like he was about to fall asleep standing up. Must've had too many martinis last night.

Dunn the man! Nice recovery to finish half. CMA needs to do better job of substituting in 2nd half. We are the better team.

All the complaints about our substitutions and yet they’re working amazingly well and we are up at the half! I’ll take it... our bench has been getting good production.
