Posh much more aggressive this game, they may have sat him too long in GT 9-0 run.
Lots of CMA's substitutions are head scratchers.

the defense is leaving more 3s for the Hoyas than turnover initaited 2 point field goals for us. I dont see them shooting more poorly if they are just getting wide open corner set shots.

No bench length for GT may cause them to run out of gas. Ewing doing decent job w this limited group

Agree. Think they will get sloppy with the ball and expecting we force some turnovers.
Yes,what do you think is coles problem .If he only play to his ability we would win this game
Hes having trouble getting shots off against quicker, bigger and stronger players at this level.

let’s hope so re the gas depletion.
we need someone ..Cole or Williams to hit a few 3s ..
Champagne has his own problems getting free.

I think he is not athletic and a poor ball handler. Does not fit into the system. Would do better in a half court scheme offense where he could come off screens.

I really think we'd be better served playing straight up defense instead of this pressure. Use the pressure to surprise. Teams are figuring us out.
Why exactly are we playing pressure defense? I could see if teams were held in the 20s or even low 30s but shu got 78 and so far g-town has 42, it seems useless.
Because we have to. If we played straight up man, our guards get blown by, and our bigs offer no rim protection. If we played zone, on rotations, our guards lack of height is exposed leading to easy jump shots.

Think we are starting to see an rotation with Toro and Roberts fighting for 9th spot. Just don't see McGriff or Caraher getting a lot of burn this year, although McGriff may get some situational minutes

Donny Marshall: "I went to UCONN, so Im not good in math". LOL.

I agree that this is a really bad game for Cole. Looks like game is too fast for him tonight. 3rd foul on Pickett which is big.
Cole is killing us with his inability to adjust to the pace and keep his poise.
Never seen a player with worse hands...seriously. Solid player but awful hands of stone
