Worst game Wusu has played all year. We should be ahead by 8 or 10. Not a good sign.

Im glad AJ Storr is coming here next year.  But we need 2 more 4 stars to go along with him or we are just going to be a middling big east team again.

I think we played rather poorly and we are still up 4 points on a pretty solid team. I don’t know what that tells you.

We better finish them off next time we get up 10 points. Have to learn that lesson.

Aside from our star, a poor performance for the half.
That was one of the more erratic performances by Wusu in terms of his drives, layups, passes.
The lack of offensive cohesion whenever Champy was out was frightening. We looked better on offense against Pittsburg and that is not meant to compliment that game.

Hopefully, we will play ourselves into some rythmn in the seond half.
Keeping Champy out for that last 2 minutes was wise…maybe obvious but still wise.

We should have had a 10 point lead.DePaul got several unusual basket bounces or second chance rebounds that bounced weirdly.  With controlled play from our guards, we should be fine as long as Champy plays the same way.

Anyone heard anything about Steph Smith. Didnt see him on the bench.

Zach said he was available on Twitter.  Strange

Zach also said he warmed up.  Can anybody confirm whether he’s on the bench and warms up in the second half?

DePaul may beat us but I don’t agree they’re “pretty solid.”  I don’t think DePaul will win more than six Big East games this year.

2 possibilities,

1. He's one of the guys that had covid and still recovering. And not quite back in shape yet.

2. CMA is simply cutting his rotation for conference play.  Staff has to be aware with the non-conference schedule they had and losing to Pitt, there's very little room for error, and losing at DePaul at home would be a bad loss, it would be Q3.  It's going to take 11 or 12 conference wins to make the tournament.

Posh started ramping it up at the end of the half. Let's get a big 2nd half from Posh and Champ, and take home a W.
