I'm glad CMA didn't use Roberts, Cole, Caraher etc. I'd hate to see what would've happened..

Edit: it's comeback time
Not a promising look for Cole. We need to score to beat creighton and CMA hasn’t looked at him all half. It’s not like other guys are lighting it up either.

I think his defense is poor. If his shot is hitting in a streak he is full of positivity; but that's not that often this year so far. If he gets taken out, he shows an attitude. that reaction may be a factor.
Anderson obviously giving him a message. Here’s hoping Cole can respond and get it. Sulking won’t help.

For a little merciful distraction, McClung with 21 points midway through 2nd half; Texas Tech tied with Kansas.

This kid Kahlbrenner or whatever for Creighton bseems pretty hateable.

The margin here is about what I expected, but about 20 points lower on both sides. So our defense is improving and our offense is deteriorating?

You the way Roberts was able to contest Kalkbrenners last shot? That’s why he should have been in the game when it was close. I know Roberts offense isn’t great but this Kalkbrenner kid has 16pts and like a dozen rebounds. Ridiculous!

then no communication, no help leads to easy dunks
maybe someday we will avoid the punishing lapses on d and dry periods on offense.
desire they have...it's not enough.
Played great for 2 minutes.....then Earlington decided he wasn't getting enough shots and turned it over. And then Boom......10pt game again.
Got a dead dog or a lost assignment you want to pin on him too?
We go on a nice run and cut it to a 1 possession game......we have the ball with the chance to take the lead and/or tie and all the momentum. We pass it one time and Earlington tries to be a hero and turns it over. 2 minutes later we are down 10.

You can 100% put the blame on Earlington for that.
Dude it a was a bad play. A dumb play. A stupid play. He didn’t give up the 8 points. You’ve made 5 posts all game each one shitting on him. He’s far from our biggest issue.
This is Earlington in a nutshell:

A good kid who tries hard and hustles....a player that everyone roots for and really wants to succeed. But the reality is that he is just not that good. He uses his hustle and effort to mask his true lack of skills. Because he is not that talented, he constantly feels the need to prove himself and show that he belongs. And right now, that approach is having a negative impact on the team.
not much left to say..
80 to 58 says plenty.

I am surprised, even with the short season and preparation, we seem to do nothing well, aside from some periodic individual effort.
We need somebody who can teach X’s and O’s and not just conditioning and effort
So I will ask again how many Confr games will we win this yr
I’ll set the Over/Under at 0.5
Creighton looks like the better team tonight.
Ya think, lol?

This team better learn how to consistently defend or we'll make the conference coaches prophets by finishing 9th.

Exactly why I went Christmas shopping at 6:45, I knew this crap was going to happen, just didn't want to be tempted.
Why play pressure defense? We're getting lit every game lol, that pressure defense is a joke.

Only thing for me to do is not watch, why watch, just to get pissed?
