I just looked at the Fordham roster and they have a guy who comes from Yaoundé, in the Cameroon. Reminds me of our own Charles Minlend who also hailed from Yaoundé. I loved when the PA Introduced/Announced Charles by emphasizing “Yaoundeeee in the Cameroooon!

Someone there does a good job developing young players because it feels like a couple of kids have come out of the Cameroon in general.

Minlend is in our top ten all time scoring IIRC. Very underappreciated player

The year I started following the Johnnies Bobby Mc was a junior and his brother Kenny a senior. Both excellent players for the Johnnies who only could play 3 years before the freshman eligibility rules.

Id imagine that a bunch of good, but not great 5 year players end up high on compiled all time lists. Thank God most 5th year players are on their 2nd, 3rd or 4th teams

I remember Fordham running up the score during the Mullin error. Beat them soundly by playing the roster.

Mullin almost got into a fight after verbal altercation post game. I think Chris Gaston ate us for lunch.
