Vegas loves St. John’s. Been like this for last bunch of years. But that line is a bit out of wack. Don’t think that’s what it was in most places.

Agreed NCJohnnie, FSU is a long athletic team and having Mathis’ athleticism and ability to guard would have meant a ton in this game. Hopefully, we can pull this one out. It’s going to be a close game regardless of how some people view FSU right now. Can we ever just have everyone healthy and ready to go. It just seems like we never do.
I brought it up, due to the line going down by 4 points, and it was total speculation on my part.

For whatever crazy reason looks like 2 books had it at 10-10.5 for a couple hours. Since then it’s readjusted to the 5-7 point range. This isn’t because of any injuries. It just adjusted based on a ridiculous initial line set. Mathis may move the needle 1/2 point if at all.

Excited to attend the game today. I believe this fsu team is much better then their record indicates. We will need to bring our A game to win. I see this game going down to the wire. I think the Johnnies will pull it out in the end like they did vs syracuse.

The team twitter account posted a picture of practice a few days ago and Mathis was practicing.
Saw a couple of the analytic sites putting the line around -10 as well. Fwiw one of them had sju -6 as one of the best bets of the day.
St. John’s needs to get off to a quick start. We can’t come out like the Iowa St. fiasco. It of course goes without saying (cliche!?) but you don’t want to be casing a game you “should” win. Think and acting like you “should“ win and then falling behind early on the road is a problem. This is just as much a test for the Coach and Coaches as it is for the team. Come ready today right out of the gate. If they treat this like a vacation they are going to lose.
I got FSU +6.5 so far every game I've taken SJU has won.... go Johnnie's.... I'm down $800 ytd....
So is it ok to openly root for you to lose more money Tommy? Btw I do the same generally but usually on the ML.

I think you have to have Bally Sports Network or MSG. I have both so no problem there it just that the wife wants me to spend time with her at a local pop up retail outlet shopping for gifts and the time coincides with the game. Might stream on my phone and catch snippets here or there cause I don't want trouble in paradise.
