Was following along this thread unable to watch I look at it like this we lost by 2 in OT to the #7 team in the country on a night where we shot terrible from 3. This team is super talented and will get better as the season goes on going to be a fun ride!

Good night all. My final thoughts for those (if any) who care: Rick has pieces to play with and all he cares about is how they fit come tournament time. Also this team will have no problem getting to the tournaments. And please remember how much he improved our team from November to February each of the past two seasons. Happy Halloween!

Of course Pitino won’t be criticized but how often do you run a press that continually ended in a dunk down the court.

Biggest pluses….. Zuby playing better in second half. Dylan Mitchell with great motor, Lefty off the bench, Dylan holding his own.

Biggest disappointments….Ian Jackson WTF is going on? Did Rick play to win or not? Sanon and Sellers foul issues, three point shooting????? Shooting in general.

Team has a long way to go and needs to get some sort of offense in place with special plays.

Without Lefty’s overtime performance we would have lost this game by 10. He missed the FT’s but he will learn from this. Lefty will wind up being a quality player for us this season. He’s not overmatched out there. He’ll wind up playing some PG for this season also.

Michigan won this game because of our 3pt shooting and them having more returning rotational players.

Outrebounded 48-36 and shot 4-23 from three which makes last year's team look great. Kept it close because we outscored them 32-18 from the foul line. Front court play great, backcourt not so much.
