Coburn has really stood out in the 2nd half. Hit a nice 3 and a drive and dunk at the hoop.

This is a very unselfish team.  Pinzon and posh have both made that extra pass so their teammates got the glory.  Love seeing that.
 
Baruch is the worst team I have ever seen.

St. John's is the second coming of 1991 UNLV.

Both can be true.

i think we are past that point.  It’s probably what keeps him a 6/7th man or so because both smith and coburn can shoot.  Soriano gives us a very formidable scorer in the post which will change a lot for us.  Pinzon and Stanley are both a big part of our future and both very talented.  

Lots of work to do, especially on defense, but will be a fun team that will get a lot better.

Is Baruch a team that actually has players on scholarship? Or is this just literally like an intramural team?
 
Nywie might be raw, but he can really put the balll on the floor, move and pass.  There will be a place for him as the season moves on because at almost 7-ft he moves and even dribbles lIke a guard.  Needs work but is long and fast. I can see him giving quality depth at several spots as he hustles as well.

Hard to evaluate our team under these circumstances but a few observations

1. I like having more big guys to help defend in the paint and rebound
2. I think, overall, this team has more athleticism that last year's team
3. I think there are more guys that can score than last year's team
4. These kids seem to like playing together and shared the ball well

Can't wait for the season to officially start
This could be a very good year for us
