I may sign up for ESPN3 then cancel after.
However I have a work related dinner that will partially overlap.

Does ESPN3 allow replays to be viewed?

First time back in the gym in 18 months! Can’t wait even for a scrimmage!

I do not believe there is any charge for ESPN3 and believe that you can watch replays.

If you subscribe to ESPN+, I believe you automatically receive ESPN3 broadcasts.

ESPN 3 is a streaming service.  Would need to be a subscriber to ESPN to see it.  ESPN 3 as it is a streaming service needs to be seen on either a PC, tablet or phone.  There is not a TV channel you can watch it on.  Do not need ESPN+ subscription.

It did work for me, I was able to watch a few minutes of SJU vs Butler women's volleyball yesterday on ESPN 3 on my PC.

Here is the link : https://www.espn.com/watch/catalog/3e99c57a-516c-385d-9c22-2e40aebc7129
St. Johns vs Baruch is already listed.

Also at 12 PM tomorrow there is  St. John's Basketball Media Day video.

ESPN 3 can be streamed and watched on a TV via Firestick, Roku, etc.

It does not require a PC to watch.

Nor do you need to be a subscriber to watch. I've watched several SJU games in the past without being a subscriber.

By subscriber means you get ESPN in some form of paid subscription to a service (cable, satellite, streaming service). ESPN doesn't give away anything for free.

FYI,

This got added to the My Johnnies Account for any season ticket holders this morning. I'm sure it will be an intimate gathering but with all the new faces I'm interested to get a glimpse of the team.

I honestly cant wait to watch this game tomorrow.  I dont know if its normal to be this excited for a scrimmage against a D3 team.

I can't wait for the team to struggle at some point tonight and you to prematurely sound the alarm.

That should about the 10 minute mark of the 1st half...

Don't get excited by the score differential at the end; more look to how CMA tries out different combos, using this as a teaching/evaluation experience.  Last time we played them in exhibition was in 2016, Mullin's 2nd year.  That team won by 50.  I do not think we will duplicate that large a win tonight, not because we can't but because of what CMA wants to evaluate the players as he has nothing to prove.  Mullin was coming off an 8-24 year (including a exhibition embarrassing loss to St Thomas Aquinas) and had to do something to calm the fans.  He also probably chose Baruch as a favor to Xaverian HS coach, Jack Alesi, by playing a team coached by his son.

For Optimum online customers:

This is 100% correct.  This is for the players to get some burn against someone other then themselves.  Coach to try out different rotations.  Players becoming comfortable with each other.

Im just watching to see what these new guys look like out there.  See if Steph, Coburn etc can improve our outside shooting etc.  See how big Joel looks like manning the middle.  Its going to be a fun night.
