You’d rather win than lose. Some good lessons learned. Some obvious bright spots as well as areas of concern. Good job hanging tough and pulling out a close win. We all know that is one thing we struggled with last year. Here’s to more of it.

Two nice frosh, Posh has obviously worked on his shot and Soriano will be a force down low. Don't take much else from this one as I only saw pieces but can't wait to see Wusu out there (injury today?).

In a scrimmage, our 4 star freshman played 10 minutes and Mathis played 24. That is criminal and inexcusable on Anderson's part.

I've been hearing for two years how much Pinzon is going to contribute to this team. I just don't see it. He is slow on defense and does not shoot well. I sure hope I'm wrong, but I need to see a lot more to believe he is going to be a major contributor.

Mathis should have to fight to get minutes. He is a major liability on offense. There will be times where his defense is needed, but his minutes should be limited in favor of better options.

Soriano looks vastly improved and looks to be in much better shape which will enable him to play major minutes.

Some things have not changed at all: poor 3 point defense and free throw shooting.

Just my 2 cents!

The three point defense changed within the game. Second half we gave up 1.

I liked the starting lineup... they look legit. But we suffer when Curbello, Posh and MM are on the floor together. Soriano looks great and in shape. Curbello needs to focus when hes on the floor. What happened to AJ? Pinzon needs to settle down. MM got too many minutes.
