D'LO

Why is D'LO not listed as a NBA draft prospect? The guy is as good as it gets.

If DJ Augustine can have a nice little career than Dangelo Harrison can too. Face it he gets buckets that's what the game is all about

D'LO will be a pro, and I wouldn't be surprised if he starts showing up as a legitimate draft prospect. There were high expectations for him coming into this year, and he's exceeding them on a nightly basis.

Eddie House is a good one.

He reminds me of Andrew Goudelock who played for the Lakers.

While I respect DraftExpress, I question their agenda for omitting D'Angelo. I think the only Big East player they had in their first rankings before the season was Isaiah Whitehead and I know for sure he never saw him play a game.

Recently checked the Top 100 prospects and I believe Obekpa was #64. No D'Lo and definitely no Sheed.

D'Lo will get a Portsmouth invite and I'm sure will light it up. I fully expect him to get a Summer League invite to Sacramento with our SJU connections if all else fails.

Agree Dee is going to play himself into draft consideration. Biggest key IMO is that he is removing himself from undersized SG label and into mid-sized combo guard with legit PG ability. Dee has actually always been a terrific interior passer, but that got a bit overshadowed by his shot selection. Now that he's improved his efficiency so much it's actually accentuating all of the little things he does so well.

Has become a quality defender and you can't rebound much better than he does for his size. Nose for the ball and just a ballplayer. Somebody is going to want this total package.

He's actually starting to remind me of a poor-man's Chauncey Billups. Not super-athletic in the traditional sense but quick, crafty, and expert at using his body. He could turn himself into a back-up PG type.

Eddie House

Used to think so too, but I see him more well rounded now.

1 Big East player? ...at the very least should have D'LO, Henton, and Hilliard

Have to believe Harrison is getting a lot of looks from the NBA scouts. If they want a scrappy guy with a whole lot of heart and fight then look no further. I've been in your corner for four years when some posters thought you were a chucker, took too many threes and were problematic. Look at you now.

John Wooden Award Committee hates the Big East like ESPN :)

When his reputation catches up to the player he is now, he'll get more consideration.

Scotty Reynolds always came to mind, but Dee remarkably has increased his quickness & hops a lot since last year. NBA or not, I just love this kid. He may never dance, but will be a big winner in life.

NBA or not, if he wants to hell never have to work a day in his life away from the game of basketball.

Agreed. This year I think he's getting a bit of separation from Reynolds, who was of the high skill/lower athleticism mold that Dee definitely fit his first three years. Seeing a little more Randy Foye now. In an odd way, while our lack of size/depth is handicapping our ability to win, I think it's helping Dee showcase aspects of his game not previously seen. And he clearly worked his tail off to put himself in a position to have those aspects to showcase.

I know he'd rather have it the other way - winning with a more balanced team - but at least he may be getting something good out of it.

By the numbers I am sure he is considered a bit too small and a bit too slow.Doesn't mean he is but I would think that is the perception. Could see a smart, thinking out of the box team like San Antonio giving him a shot. Regardless he is going to make some money playing ball after SJU.

Regardless he has the heart of lion and does not quit. Such a fantastic turnaround with his attitude . Hope he gets his degree . A lot of old school mid range moves . Should get a shot with some NBA team if not will do very well making it overseas. Enjoy watching him play.

@CESPN1: D'Angelo Harrison is among the Wooden Award Midseason Top 25 candidates.
