  Tough to really tell in a game like this. Phil Greene has hit I think 3 3's already. GG hasn't missed a shot I think. We are getting to the basket really easy.

no real comfort level on defense but what a set of skillful offensive players...
God's Gift is much better than I even hoped for....if he can avoid fouls we'll be in
most games, since we'll need rebounds and a wide body on defense.
I can see why the pundits we so excited w/our recruits....add the three missing players
to this group and we would have the depth to be very good.
I know it's only 1/2 of an exhibition game but you can see a lot of reason for hope in the
next few years.

The match-up zone needs more work......but it is soooo early. If Gift is not under the basket we are not getting rebounds.

Nuri can take it to the rim any time he wants to. If we had him last year we could of went much further.


Team looks much better than last years game against St. Mary's. Pretty good for 7 guys who never played with each other.

Gift has great hands, runs very well also.
Pace is better than last year.
Defense needs work, but that takes time.
Shot selection very good, as they pass very well.
Depth is gonna be a killer.
Garrett will be a much needed addition.

  Seeing how quick we play that really worries me and every hard foul I cringe but at least we can see a lot of potential in these kids so I know whatever happens this year the future in finally shining really bright
