His options won't be limited to Fordham.I posted this before but where’s be going to go, Fordham? I’m not sure he’ll play any time soon but if the kid has half a brain he’ll make amends and play the season out.
I can’t imagine any major program would take him given: (1) his poor play; and (2) disciplinary issues. I was being cheeky with my reference to Fordham, but would think his options would be limited to a mid-major at this point. His options won't be limited to Fordham.
Also might be hard to make amends.
Unfortunately the young man clearly has issues, i truly feel for him as doors may start to close quickly.I can’t imagine any major program would take him given: (1) his poor play; and (2) disciplinary issues. I have no idea what he was suspended for. I’m too old to decipher cryptic Instagram messages with crying emojis, but if he did in fact sneak into the press conference and post a picture disrespecting CMA, I agree that he faces an uphill battle making amends.

Remember D’Lo.
One more thing D'Lo could shoot and play half court straight up defense.D'Lo at least acknowledged he needed help, and then spent the next off season getting it. Also I do remember during the time he was suspended, D'Lo continued to show up to games to support the team. I do not remember him cracking jokes about his coach on social media.
Hope Curbelo gets his head straight, but let’s be honest, he adversely affects team chemistry with his “me first” flashy nonsense. Frankly I hope his teammates have some positive experiences in remaining games, but can’t see Andre being a key to accomplishing that. Hope to be wrong, but evidence to date points that way.
Early chatter was Curbelo had excellent chance of getting David Jones to transfer here. Between Soriano knowing Jones and that, it probably was very appealing to staff. Obviously so far it has not worked out as they hoped.Wasn't there some rumor prior to the season he was absent from practices due to some mental health issues he was experiencing?
In any case, it's fair to ask if CMA properly vetted the situation before bringing him on board. It was certainly a risk that had high upside, but came with the downside we have seen play out this year.
Probably easier said than done. Thought we were in no position to turn down talent. Still not convinced as a player he is our biggest issue. But certainly fair to believe that he has caused some on court struggles.Instead of bringing Curbelo in here the staff should have brought in another wing shooter. This team would be much better off if they would have done that.
