Seton Hall's Isaiah Whitehead will likely take his decision to the wire -- on the 25th. Has four workouts set up between now and then.

These guys must have really done well on their final exams this semester. I'm sure they made every class and never missed an assignment.

AP credits will have them graduating early.

At the NBA Draft Combine Thon Maker was asked where he would have played his college basketball. "It would have been really tough," Maker said. "Between ASU, Kansas, Notre Dame, Indiana and St.John's. Those are really good schools, and it's not just because of basketball. It's not just because of academics .The reason I picked out those schools was because they offered both." He is projected to be picked late in the first round. This kid is not shy as evidenced by this comment, " The team that is going to draft me is going to have a great player, a hard working player, not just a shooter. Shooting is a bonus." Sounds good to me.

If you're not tied to an NBA team and trying to play your way in then the max salary is $25K.

Had Cuse been ruled ineligible for post season play last year, Richardson probably would have returned for his Soph year, as he showcased himself very well vs. NC in the Final Four. Guess Cuse is getting their punishment this way with him leaving.

Whitehead is ready for the NBA not the D league. Won't be surprised if he goes in first round. This guy can drive, pass and shoot threes.

He has looked good and more confident and physically mature than some of the other guys. His problem is mental not physical. Not sure how long his trash talking dickhead/lousy teammate routine will fly though.

I thought he was much improved this year as a player and as a teammate. I would agree his freshman year was atrocious, but it may have been about maturity.

sometimes it is a character flaw not just maturity but we'll see. only a real dickhead goes to the opposing team's players after beating them and taunts them. the fact that his own teammates flee from him speaks volumes
