Was supposed to play at Manhattan Friday night, but the game was called due to unplayable court conditions (probably due to the rainstorms).
 
One of CCSU's top players is Andre Snoddy who starred at St Anthony's in Huntington Station and prepped at St Thomas More.
 
Just do your best to play a complete 40 minutes and make sure you don’t lose focus & take a bad L. Nothing to learn from this game for us. If they blow them out I’ll just think they beat up on a cupcake and if they lose I’ll assume they looked past them. Would be nice to see them make an extra effort to get out on shooters for the entire game.

As a fan, I can afford to look past Central Conn and say it’ll be fun to see this team against Nebraska. They may not be the cream of the Big 10 but it’ll be the first time seeing how we stack up against another high major.

Im fully aware the OOC schedule could have been a lot better than it is. But do you guys expect us to play like Duke level opponents every game? We have some bigger games coming up against opponents more on our level, there is nothing wrong with our team working on their chemistry and getting their feet wet against some mid major teams. Most teams in the country do this.

Like two weeks from now we could have played Nebraska, Temple, Syracuse and Iowa State. That is not as bad as some are making it. Yes I wish the slate was a little better but getting angry over playing Central Connecticut does not make much sense to me,

Win the game and keep moving forward
 
I agree that our schedule could use one more power 5 game. But we are playing 2 ACC teams, a Big 10 team and a Big 12 team who made the Sweet 16 last year. FSU is usually very good, no way to have predicted their injuries. I think BE is going to be crazy competitive this year. Win all but one or two of our non conference games and go 12-8 in Big East and we'll be just fine.
