@Butler, Tue., Feb. 7, 8:30p, FS-1

The fact most of you are upset about us not tying says a lot to me.

It’s great we lost. We need every friggin shred of evidence to fire this guy. This should be inexcusable but we’ve had like 4 moments like that already.

At this point with this organization I feel you are right. I think between the big buy out and Cragg realizing that he screwed up big time with an idiotic extension, the brain trust will look for any reason to keep this guy. A loss like this against a lousy Butler team without their best player kind of puts it in the administrations face to have to make a move. I feel for the kids but it is what it is.

Best shot Joel took tonight of course doesn’t count. He seems to be just throwing the ball up their the last few games and short arming the jumpers he was making earlier this season.

Bad Dylan decided to show up, driving into the lane and getting blocked or locked up.

Let them hang around and the inevitable occurred.

Truly pathetic.

Dylan gets blocked 100 percent of the time he's close to the basket...100 percent of the time. So let's run a play that puts Dylan under the basket...that'll fool them. Face it...every time you think it can't get worse, it gets worse. Failing to score ANY points with about four minutes to play against a team not known for its defense would be unthinkable if we're talking about another team. Hercules couldn't clean up all the collective shit that was in those red shorts at the end of the game.

Not that it matters, but the ball was not touched. Bad call on the other team's home court...It happens.

End of close games calls for specific plays to be run. They need to be executed well and at least get the shot you are looking for. CMA just throws the ball and on the court and lets the team play. It wasn’t even awful coaching, it was just zero coaching. At least awful coaching shows you tried to run a play.

This program just gets worse and worse with every game and no one from the President down gives a shit, only us the alumni.

I think the president does care. Have to believe Cragg cares too. Apparently not enough people with veto or suggestion power care though.

I just have no faith In them to bring in the right coach to replace him. You need a big time coach in here it’s the only way we will truly be relevant again! We haven’t had a truly good team since 2000 with Artest, Barkley, postell and Bootsy.

I think Pinzon was open coming around a screen and Curbelo passes it under the basket to a guy who has someone on his back

Despite the last play controversy you just can't go the last 3:50 seconds without scoring. They should not have lost this game but their half court offense was terrible down the stretch. Soriano scored on a dunk at the 3:50 mark to put SJU up 66 to 61. After that, over their last seven possessions, Soriano missed three shots, Curbelo missed one, Pinzon missed one, Posh turned the ball over once and of course they were unable to get the shot off before the clock ran out on the last play. This was simply a terrible end game and snatched a road victory away against a pretty weak Butler team.
The last media timeout of the game is where coaches earn their money. Not this staff.
