good luck at your next school brady.
Not sure why everyone is assuming he will transfer. Him and his family love SJU and Rick and the feeling is mutual. Also when healthy he would definitely help their 3pt shooting.
Look in this day and age wrt the Portal nothing surprises me. But I honestly don't understand why people are assuming he is a goner.

It would be best for him to stay! Where else can he be under a HOF coach, play with friends, compete for -- gasp -- a title, and be part of the rotation? He seems like he's making the best of the year, really enjoying the team's success and rooting everyone on. Like you said, who knows what happens with the portal, but he seems very happy here.
I don’t think people are assuming, it’s more indifference. I don’t care if he stays or goes.
So is his father, a big Rick fan, but we’ll see.
I'd much rather take Brady next year than a portal guy with nice numbers from another school & be unsure about how they'd feel being the 7/8/9th man on the team.

If there is any question to whether he qualifies or not I severely doubt the NCAA as acted that quickly. If our history in these matters is any indication I would expect a ruling at least a few games into the season next November.

We could do a lot worse for a bench spot than Brady. He plays hard, good teammate and I think when healthy will only improve his shot. Continuity is more important than ever now.
Please keep him away from the California schools. Steve Lavin, for example.USD is beautiful and Coach Lavin is a great guy, but not the best coach. I hope Brady comes back. I was at the Nova game on the Nova campus, last year, and Brady showed enormous potential. He won the game for us. Brady could start for us next year. He’s tall and filling out and understands the game. If he’s on, the offense really opens up. I know: he’s rarely “on”, but I’m betting on him.

What we have to remember is Brady probably wants to return, but has to keep his eyes open to see who Matt & Rick might bring in from the portal at his position. If it is a mature, proven stud, of course he would have to consider his options. I want and expect him back, but the portal is always the wild card.
