BET-Marquette, Wed. Mar. 9, 9:30 pm, FS1 & 970 AM

Marquette is probably the best match up SJU could have gotten but the Jan games vs Marq.are misleading because SJU was somewhat competitive then and now are close to pathetic.
 
This will be the third straight year that our first round BET opponent, was the team that we had our first "repeat" game with, during the regular season. In other words, it's the team we've played least recently.

That's the kind of fact I'm fascinated by, that I'm sure none of you care about.

Traveled in from LA for the week and bought tickets for the BET. Would be nice to upset Marquette and at least get to play on Thursday. Is Stout the preferred spot for a pregame drink(s)? May need a few to numb the pain!

We played well against them. I think MSG will be the difference for us. Bring on Xavier. Seniors should want to continue playing.

Didn't have Sima either one of those games, as well.

Unfortunately, I believe the end of the Seton Hall game zapped the life out of this team. Hopefully, knowing that this is the end will rejuvenate us tomorrow night.
 
School is hosting something tomorrow at refinery rooftop from 5-7.

If they win will host something THursday evening at Penn 6.

If we were close to pathetic since the Hall game, I don't ever want to see what fully pathetic looks like. Starting the first game of next season, we will never be this awful again. Yes, ever.
