Doubt Georgetown will have much of a presence what with finishing 9th, ending the season poorly, and fans calling for the coaches' head.
 
Man, I cannot remember the last time I felt good going into a BET tournament game.

I do know the last time I had hope, and it ended with DJ Kennedy crumpled on the ground grabbing his knee.

it's a shame we don't have upperclassmen with BET experience to pass down to ML/SP/TO. They are our bread and butter. Georgetown is gonna punch us in the mouth and we need to be ready to punch back. Georgetown has the pieces to make a run in this tournament and we need to shut that down. We need to attack their ballhandling early without getting into foul trouble. Push the pace and score. We should come out on top. 82-77

After watching the Providence game it feels like a loss which means I am predicting a win. Big game for Lovett tonight.
 
Hope SJU can reverse its string of bad starts tonight . Both of these teams are so soft if either one of them get a decent lead the other one will likely pack it in.

And yet Lavin picks our Johnnies to be the biggest challenge to Nova, while Willard on SNY Daily News makes a safer pick choosing Butler. Can't say Lavin hasn't been fair to us on Fox.

That didn't exactly happen the last time we played 'em. We ran off 17 straight, they came right back and took the lead just before the half.
 
Past performance is no indication of future performance for this group.

Coming off the beating by PC means nothing.

You call it being fair I call it putting the horns on us and trying to make us look worse when we fail to live up to the unrealistic expectations he places on us. Remember earlier in the season when he said we were contenders for an NCAA bid? At what point this season were we even close to being a tourney team? After one of our victories over DePaul?
