So let me get this straight, a guy can win re-election as President of the United States by constantly blaming his predecessor for everything, but pointing out the failings of our prior coach, and how he left the program devoid of senior leadership is off limits? Seriously?

First 5 minutes of the 2nd half will be crucial. Must keep up the intensity despite getting horsed on the boards.

I laugh every time I see Ricardo Gather's face. He so does not want to lose to us.
I know he never figured we could keep pace with this team.
Obekpa and Jakarr can't pick up early 3rd fouls. If we keep them on the floor, we have a chance.
BTW, I love hat Felix has given us this tournament! He will be a solid 4-year player for us. I could see his game just growing over time.

Were shooting better from 3 then they are
We've also played some of the most dynamic guards in the country early this season. Baylor has 2 guards that shoot the lights out no matter how hard you guard them. Heslip shot over 50% last year. We just need to do a better job on the glass. We also really need a pg that can get the ball to our frontcourt guys down low (Branch). Love the game we are showing early this season. We just really need to learn to:
1) move our feet better on defense ALL the time
2) learn to utilize forwards better in half court sets
3) rebound better, especially at the offensive end.
We are playing good early season ball for such a young team. Need Branch and Sanchez if we can get him.

Dom is the only non-guard we have playing with balls. I can't wait to see how Garrett responds after that posterization. I think he'll really step it up.

You keep talking about other teams' 3 point shooting like its miraculous when all it is is their best shooters hitting wide open threes. Maybe you should be tired of our young inconsistent team losing other teams' best shooters at crucial moments in games. That's what's happening...Wilson, Canaan, Heslip, Jackson, they're just doing what they always do... when they're left open.
