I have never seen a worse 3 point defensive team than us the past 5 years. We NEVER defend the 3.
 
Isn't VCU not even a good 3PT shooting team? I swear Mullin has our players hold weights in their hands during practice. Their hands are never up to defend 3's. Never.
 
They only wanna play offense. Defensively, it's all about steals. If they aren't getting deflections and steals, then the opposition is typically getting open looks.

About 20 missed layups and forced 18 turnovers vs. 8 we gave up. And now giving up every 3 in crunch time. Playing down to competition time and time again. Our opponents are shooting 3's like a video game. And these are not good shooting teams either.
 
back to back giving up offensive rebounds and a Ponds technical. That about sums it all up

This team is dead tired.
