There’s too much experience on the court for us to be fouling guys on 3pt shots
 
Two athletic teams, but one turns it over a ton. Lucky for us it is VCU.
 
Simon commits act that Yakwe got absolutely killed on the boards for like he was the only kid who ever fouled a 3 point shooter.
 
how could that possibly be VCU ball. They don't call the foul then it was a block. Otherwise it was body or hand. It was definitely altered.
 
With all of our great guards they should not have trouble handling a press. If this the way they’re going to handle it they will be in a lot of trouble in this game. Again, a guy killing us from 3
 
We aren’t getting any good calls our way by the refs. It’s kinda absurd some of these calls. That said, we are playing pretty well, but we also could be crushing them. Our defense is leaving too many holes, and we gotta tighten up. That said, we have MUCH more firepower, but aren’t able to harness it yet. It’s still very early season. Want to see more like the Rutgers game with efficiency. We have so many parts that aren’t always in sync yet. Rarely get all our good players, playing well every game.

The reason they looked better against Rutgers was shits were falling. Not so far tonight.
 
Simon playing putrid basketball. No one looking for Figueroa. Our center begins the game with 2 missed threes. We are not playing team ball. Almost as if Rutgers was an anomaly.

Figueroa is such a good player. Agree we have to look to him more. I’m noticing trends. Ponds is sloppy early generally but really hot late. Heron I’m not sure about yet. Figueroa seems to be solid throughout. Use him early...
 
VCU is getting away with a lot of fouls. They foul EVERY time we drive and it is all no calls. Kid was over the back on the other end no call but at least they got the charge call and didn't call it on Simon.
