Noticed in the Daily News story about Durand that we're playing the above game. Tough to convince the wife to make two cross country road trips in the span of a month.....Maui and then LV...I'll stick with Maui. B)

Speaking of gambling, do you happen to know when St.John's will be holding "A Day at the Races" in Saratoga?

Being out west has certainly limited my attendance at St. John's games.
I did go to Coach Lavin's midnight first game at St. Mary's. Try napping before the game in their parking lot with that darn bell tower blasting out songs every fifteen minutes or so. From that game I thought Dwayne Poole would be another David Russell. Oh, well!
Jack and I also attended the UCLA game out here. The UCLA center killed us. He never moved, just stayed near the basket.
I hope this time we finally crack through the win column.
