2nd Creighton Game

Game should not be at MSG. It was a weaker crowd last year and that's when Doug McDermott was on the floor.

They'll be lucky if 5k fans show up.

That would be disgraceful. It would be so unfair to the seniors. These next two game are wins. The season isn't over. Anyone who publicly turns on this program like that should just walk away and never come back.

Give me a break, the only disgraceful thing about this situation was the product Lavin put on the floor tonight. Guys throwing elbows, flopping, yelling at refs. Made me embarassed to have gone to school at SJU. I drop a good portion of my spendable income on season tickets, I have every right to voice my opinion on who should be at the helm.

And you think the middle of the season that we still have chance to earn an NCAA berth is the time to do it? We still have scholarships to fill. The seniors have a handful of home games left to enjoy.

Would the proper time be when we raise our 3rd straight NIT participation banner celebrating our first round loss to St. Francis at next year's opener after Christian Jones and Myles Stewart are announced as starters?

Maybe after our 2nd round loss to Iowa State in the NCAA tournament.
 
I would think that either the Big East or St Johns is going to look at that elbow and give him at least a game suspension. That elbow was not in the run of play it was a cheap shot and he should sit.
 
The best thing possible for this team right now is that they are drawing the worst team in the league on their home turf. If they want to put last night in the rear view mirror, Saturday present the best opportunity in the world for them at this point, even with a bleak outlook at present.

Agree beast. It is tough to get over how embarassing we were last night, but the only way is to win a game. It's a good chance to move past the worst night of the season

There was no fight, just a cheap foul that, I am sure, Chris did not intend to be as serious but to send a message. Why would the conference even entertain a suspension? Guys here complain about Harrison getting banged up but want their only big man banished because he got tired of taking shit. He got ejected, case closed. He cost us the game with Butler's layup drill. Let's move past this.
