FORGET BOOGIE FLAND! Like RJ Luis and a few others, they are no longer on their college campuses and doing individual workouts for NBA teams.
Their academic "proxies" are doing their on-line class work.
Something that the NCAA really should have a dedicated staff to investigate in this environment of professional college basketball.🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑
I agree, was just stating the money aspect of the hypothetical.

At some point, a lot of players must come to realization that a long pro career is not likely, abd at a minimum need a landing spot with a scholarship to complete a degree. Unfortunately, some won't be fortunate enough to get another offer.

Rocket: please dial it down a notch or so. Thanks.

Maybe it was the unfounded accusations of academic fraud.
Of course! Heaven forbid prime time athletes have "academic" tutors.
I'll let you in on an inconvenient truth. On-line academic work is not monitored. There is a network of PHD students earning top dollar to keep million dollar athletes eligible.
While this not always the case, especially at ivy-level schools where even athletes have to be academically superior, it is very common at football schools.
In the NIL era of 6 and 7 figure salaries, players no longer need the Sam Gilbert's of college basketball for "tutoring allowances".

BTW, Starbucks is a popular internet friendly space for a group of college kids to take on-line finals.😉
