BIG EAST Announces 2025-26 Men's Basketball Schedule

NEW YORK – The BIG EAST Conference announced its 2025-26 men’s basketball schedule today. For the sixth straight season, the schedule includes 110 games in a double round-robin format. The full slate of game times, arena designations, and television information will be announced at a later date.

9 out of 10 League games at MSG, everyone except DePaul.

Definitely the most ever. Last year you had 7 originally scheduled with 3 at Carnesecca only to have SHU changed to MSG late.

First thought here is poor BYE placement leading up to that 2nd DePaul game. Would have liked to have that extra time for a tougher opponent.

Only 4 weekend home Big East games, counting UCONN on a Friday night, although we do have some weekend MSG dates in the non-conference.

Providence and Creighton at MSG will both be afternoon games, since the Knicks play that night.

Villanova at MSG will be a night game, since the Rangers play at 12:30 that afternoon.

I like the fact that we are playing UConn and Villanova off campus. Peoples Bank Arena (Formerly XL Center) and Xfinity Mobile Arena (formerly Wells Fargo). It’s been 8 years since we last played there, beating #1 Nova.
