if you're not "scarred" of winning on the road, why and how would tomorrow conceivably be "bottom line".. our shot to win the big east regular season? It legitimately doesn't make any sense. You would rather double and triple down on this and bring up some Paultz-isms than just say "Hey I think if we win tomorrow we can win the Big East, if we lose I think we blew our chance"

That would be a perfectly fair statement, but you can't do that, you have to make it a bottom line.. no questions asked... must win. Just so you can throw an alley oop to your future self in case we lose, clearing the runway for you to play chicken little. Damn maybe it is a must win if it means we can avoid that

And no i am not losing an argument, I am once again dunking on you which means it must be a day that ends in y. *checks notes* oh look at that, it is

Actually you lost the argument some time ago, calling yourself a fan and not having the faith that they will win tomorrow night. You see, by not calling it a “must win” You are basically saying…. “Well if they don’t win, it’s still OK”. I believe they will win period. So put that in your proverbial pipe and smoke it. 😂👍And with that, I’m done.

I never said we would lose tomorrow or that I thought we will LOL. Never said I didn't have faith. Find me where I said that

You are just so incredibly dense that you can't understand that me choosing to not over emphasize the game tomorrow as our only shot to win the conference, isn't me showing a lack of faith in the team. It is actually me having foresight and MORE faith in the team, because I understand that this one game won't decide it. If we win, AMAZING. If we lose, we keep grinding and can still win this conference. And if MQ steals one on our home court, we can go steal one on theirs.

It is funny too because when you first started calling this a must win, your reasoning was that the team would lose the hype and casual fan interest with a loss. Once I disproved that instantly by pointing out that the UConn game Friday will be even bigger to casual fans, you dropped it. But now you're back doubling down saying its a must win if we want to win the conference. Which is also untrue.

So to recap the multiple reasons you have decided this game is a must win are all... wrong. And pointing that out doesn't mean I have less faith than you in the team.

And with that 😂 (y) I am done too, don't banish me mods sometimes it takes a few posts to clean this dude up

We aren’t losing tomorrow and we are going up to Connecticut and kicking your boy Danny’s ass
 
I also believe for the psyche of the team, a win over Marquette gives the Johnnies a better chance to beat Yukon….. it’s called CONFIDENCE.
