2025-2026 Season

Pretty safe bet. As the season draws closer, I find it more difficult to leave him out of lineup combinations. He's going to have to be very good for this team to approach its ceiling.
Do you believe Dylan should be the starting point guard? I do. Referring back to what sju79# posted about the team not meshing yet, I think Dylan is the missing piece. This would leave Lefty on the bench who has point guard experience and Sellers on the bench for instant offense. This would also leave Jackson free to do what he does best. Any thoughts?

Could be but Dylan’s defense may be the flip side of why it’s lack of cohesion on both sides

“Really nice move in lane for a basket by Hopkins.”

“Joson Sanon doing a bit of everything. Jumpers, scoring inside, shots on the move.”

“Ruben Prey with a really nice up and under in post against Ejiofor.”

Love and appreciate all these posts. It’s like giving water to a guy who has been in the desert for months.

One thing, the one thing I haven’t seen anyone write about is the DEFENSE. Not exciting as a guy splashing 3s or a guy scoring up and under. However, the how we come together and defend 3s etcetera is what will define the season.

I guess I need Zach to say something about our suffocating defense. 🤣

Mug’s point about PG being the prime SJU concern is quite fair. He has seen Darling more than any of us and perhaps I am a bit too optimistic. His D seems fair game until proven otherwise, but I still like the addition. Rick’s reference to Sellers being prime PG imo can’t be taken literally since you never know RC’s motivation & schtick. At least the “Jackson will be our PG” theory is evaporating. He will be a nice off the ball asset.
