Yes Leftovers is awesome. I avoided it when it was first on then my wife and I ended up binging it a few years later. Didn't hurt that it ended in Australia.

Read a story today that said Season 5 is going to be hard to execute with all the work Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss Bachrach and Ayo Edibiri have booked for the future. Ebon especially is tied to so much Marvel work after Fantastic Four with the two Avengers films in production.

Well this post aged poorly as renewal for Season 5 was announced today though no dates were mentioned.

The 2026 release window also indicates that the wait for season 5 may not be as long as previously expected. Parts of The Bear season 4 were filmed during season 3 production, which helped ensure that there would only be a one-year hiatus between seasons, but season 5 does not have this advantage.


From White starring in The Mandalorian & Grogu to Ebon Moss-Bachrach being in multiple Marvel Cinematic Universe films, the show's series regulars are booked and busy with other projects. Nevertheless, The Bear season 5 is currently expected to have a 2026 release.

Hoping The Fantastic Four (a Main Man childhood favorite) gets the same acclaim.

Saw Thunderbots a few weeks back and despite some good reviews, it was actually pretty bad.

Late to the game, but 3 shows into the new season of The Bear, and like it, echoing what's been said, it returned to Seasons 1 and 2 form, so far.

For me, more Jamie Lee Curtis would be good too, terrific actress especially as Bear's mom.

Finished “Stick” on AppleTV. It’s a solid, feel good show even if it’s pretty formulaic. Owen Wilson brings the charm. The supporting cast is solid. If you love golf, I’d think you’d like this.
