I think I made it clear that his contributions were "invaluable".

I also identified his contemporaries last season who, if evaluated for ANY professional team, were far superior at the POSITION. All you literati here come back with is what he did for the TEAM.

FORGET our record for a moment. Look at the team. ZUBY was the most important player on the team last year. RJ Luis was the best offensive player on the team last year. It wasn't even close with any other players.

Scott played his ass off on defense which was huge in many games. His offense was "MEDIOCRE". Smith was a true point guard whose injury made KD invaluable.

KD's real value that few college teams matched last season were his SIZE and mismatch opportunities. He was literally unstoppable once he got space to the basket.

Outside of that scenario his value at the point was not that of other point guards in college ball who were better shooters from every metric. His 3 point shot was nonexistent which is a MUST in the pros. His foul shooting was ATROCIOUS.
Hence my comparison to Nemdhard, Walter Clayton, and all the other point guards.

So now its his PG skills that are mediocre and not just his leadership. Congrats on digging a deeper hole 🤣
 
For anyone who is positive that RJ was our best offensive player last year. Remember, scoring is not the only thing to do on offense.

In BE play last year Kadary averaged 5 points less than RJ.

Kadary also took 3.5 less shots. He also shot better from 2 and had a better EFG%.

Oh and Kadary only averaged triple the assists and 20% less TOs.

Well Mr. Pod man, at one time the two (leadership....point guard) were synonymous with being the COACH on the floor. He/she "directed" the offense. They effected the coach's plan on the floor. They were the Billy Donovans who made the team and players around them better. They were the Steve Ashworths of last season's college basketball.
Kadary was NONE of those. He was a deadly one-on-one guard whose size and strength made him a man amongst boys in college. Dylan Harper, who played on a MEDIOCRE Rutgers team and who is the same size is a player with a complete game.
It's not to knock Kadary.....it's just business. It's nothing personal......it's just reality.

Name ONE player Kadary made BETTER while on the court who wasn't the SAME player when KR wasn't on the court.
