So good at getting to the basket for his size…it’s wild. Just can’t shoot.
This kid Claude is coming as a PG on the portal rankings……I don’t recall him at Xavier…..can he be an option for us at PG? Real good size, looks athletic, over 75% FT shooter and from the East coast. High turnovers last year and not sure about the D.

They classify everyone as a PG. He’s a SG that can’t shoot, so I guess he’s a point-forward — and maybe the best in that category. You’d want to pair him with a PG and 2-3 shooters. He can get to the basket on anyone. He’s that good there..and he passes well.

I really liked him at Xavier, but we need a real PG and not a guy that checks some boxes of one.

Kentucky freshman PG Travis Perry entered the portal. Didn’t play too much. Started 4 games and had a couple of good games against Bama. Former 4 star recruit.

Now this could be viewed as interesting because you figure there's a great chance his dad was a Pitino fan. Young enough to still have time if there's a Boogie miracle cutting into PT, and insurance if Ian is actually really truly who Pitino thinks is our PG.

Great numbers against "stiff" competition in Lyon County!😉
