Sorber will be drafted, but I don’t think he’d be the best use of funds anyway. We have an all world 5 in Zuby.
Can we have a Luis and a Lewis? Good looking athlete who shot 44% from 3 last year as a sophomore.
If we are only returning 6-7 guys, this is a kid you offer immediately.
Kinda like his teammate that #1 kid too.

If he landed here he should pronounce it as Luis just to mess with people.
If Zuby is back there’s no need, abut was assuming he might not be.
Not the athlete our RJ is, but craftier with the ball. Def won’t be the rebounder our RJ is but not many are.
Could you even imagine Zuby and B. Hopkins as our 5/4? Absurd.

There will be 15 scholarship roster spots (like it was until about the mid 90’s) once the Settlement Agreement is approved by the judge. Pitino says he expects 7 players back. That means he has eight spots he could fill. Not all of them even if he doesn’t fill all eight will be center pieces.
I believe the other player you are referring to is Rob Thomas whose human interest success story goes far beyond basketball and was a low risk potential high reward signing.
Unfortunately his basketball career did not pan out due to the catastrophic knee injury he suffered while at St. John’s prior to suiting up for a game. Nonetheless, against odds he did comeback and played three seasons. He did not play a fourth but his scholarship was honored and he graduated.
Sorber declared for the NBA and will be a first round pick. He signed with an NBA agent and has no intention of withdrawing from the draft. Supposedly, he turned down a nice NIL deal to return.

Fordham you’ve always been upfront and on the money with your info. Question why would we host Hopkins combined w his no contact tag if the interest wasn’t legit? Not a callout. Just looking for an answer w this new free agency.
I like Hopkins obviously. I worry about the health.
It seems like its fair to say he could've played for the majority of the year this year. Maybe that's a different flag to bring up, but seems like his health is fine.
