I'd be able to talk myself into it, especially when all the beat reporters say Wilcher & him had a heart to heart and he says all the right things. There would be legit upside.

But I agree. No reason to take a risk on a guy who's notorious with his fan base about not rebounding, consistently defending, or being active on the court. And his shooting isn't even that great.

If we return Zuby and RJ then we have to go all in on NIL. We many never have that kind of ceiling again. Even if you brought in the top 3 guys in the portal every year, you can't replicated 3 years under Pitino like Zuby and RJ would have.

Watkins, a top 3 PG, and a top stretch 4 at a minimum.

He got much better as the season came along. Averaged 17ppg in five games in March, 44% FG and 5 assists

I like this kid a lot. I don't know about here, but this at least an A-10 level player. He may have two transfers in him and we should monitor his career.
