The problem is that it is debatable, because committee wants two SEC teams. And I honestly think they want to screw Houston to have three SEC teams but the Cougars are just too good to let that happen.

I do think we should all be rooting for Auburn right now. Alabama could be dropping to a three seed. They haven't beat any of the top SEC teams.

If he wants to argue that we could be ranked No. 3 in the AP poll the Monday after Selection Sunday (I'm assuming there is one), I'd be totally on board with that. That is way more realistic than a No. 1 seed because I think even if we are that high we are still a 2 seed.

In fact, I think we need to win BET to force the committee into giving us that 2. I think too many of them want us at 3.

Just for the record, I’m not the Ralph that is being referred to. I hope. I’m 80 CBA and 84L. I’m a nut, but I don’t curse. And I’m in 211.

Metrics are fine to use but to solely seed based on that is not what should be done.
