Yankees 2025 Season

This team is performing the way Cashman and Boone, and Hal want it to perform. If not substantial changes would be made. Has anyone ever see a worse base running team?
It's time to sell the franchise to someone that has the ability to right the ship. Too many associated with this team think it's OK to just win games and not win championships. I don't care if they have won the most games since the 1980s. It's the postseason that matters.
 
It was a stupid play all around. Acuna showing off his arm when he had no reasonable chance to get the runner and allowing another runner in scoring position. Vivas allowing himself to get faked out by the third baseman and slowing down instead of watching the 3rd base coach.

Just terrible baseball. The praise for Acuna is further indication of all that matters is the end result. It increasingly looks like the season is headed for disaster and Boone will be fired.

All I ever hear in baseball circles is that Cashman and Boone aren’t going anywhere the trouble is the same thing can be said about the Yankees as long as they remain in charge.

If the owner doesn't care then why should the fans.

He has his mega bucks and is living the great life.
While us, the fans get all pissed because the owner doesn't care? why waste that energy on them?
 
The Pretenders are now the Walking Dead. Warren gets beat on soft stuff, which he is weak at. And what the hell does Matt Blake tell him before a 3 run homer? Warren had 2 outs and no runs in and then the roof caves in.

And when Warren fails to cover 1st base, Goldschmidt should know better than to make a late throw, allowing another runner to score.

It is time. The time has come to fire Idiot Boone. Chisholm has already quit, if yiu saw his lack of hustle last night.
 
Trent a grand salami. I play the game but to my real shame, you left me to dream all alone. It was the greatest comeback in the long and storied history of the Yankees versus atlanta.

A great comeback win for sure, but the play I mentioned above has now happened twice in the last week. Of course, Idiot Boone made excuses about the play. Obviously, Idiot Boone and his staff can't get this team to play an iota of fundamental baseball.

The relievers gave up 4 runs, and the pitching as a whole gave up 6 runs with 2 outs.

They're fortunate Weaver was on tonight, and that they Braves bullpen was equally awful.

Idiot Boone looks at this team through his rose-colored glasses. You'd think they haven't lost a game all season long listening to his bullshit.
 
I just hope he beats Cal Raleigh in homers this season.
Cal Raleigh made a comment about Aaron Judge being the "king of f***ing meaningless homers,"which was caught on a hot mic after a game.

As a catcher will probably slow down as the season progresses toward its conclusion. If Judge stays healthy he should end up with more.
