I have always said I support every coach until it can no longer be justified. Unfortunately, I am there with CMA. He has completely lost this team which he said was his most talented. No excuse for this kind of consistent under performance.
It’s like Paultz said…there’s no structure. And like I’ve (and many others too) said hero ball. They run a weave at the top of the key, throw a screen or two and then shoot when one of them feels like it. I really want Gardiner to stay but it may have to happen because we’ll never win with a coach who…can’t coach. Doesn’t matter who the players are.Guinness, the real bigger question is will this “style” of basketball win? I’m not feeling it. Probably not for this thread right now but unstructured, helter skelter is not working out for us.
The college basketball game has changed over the decades, but Anderson hasn’t.Like I've said since last season.... There are times when good coaches are no longer "good." It happens. I've been having that feeling about Anderson for a year.
Forget Pitino, too much baggage and he’s 70 years old. Bring Chris Mack in here.Count me as a “call Pitino“ advocate.
Unpopular opinion: I would rather have his son.Count me as a “call Pitino“ advocate.
It was more about keeping Gardiner than Anderson but I really don’t know how to feel about it anymore. With NIL and the transfers being immediately eligible you don’t have to have any lean years if you change a coach. Bring Chris Mack in here and you’ll have a top 5 Big East roster next year.
Bring in another coach who was fired at his last stop, no thanksForget Pitino, too much baggage and he’s 70 years old. Bring Chris Mack in here.
Same.I have always said I support every coach until it can no longer be justified. Unfortunately, I am there with CMA. He has completely lost this team which he said was his most talented. No excuse for this kind of consistent under performance.
Or special teamsWe have no clue on offense, or defense for that matter.
