Scott , Wilcher, Smith , Luis, one of them has to hit a couple of outside shots or Xavier will just pack it in for the entire second half. The only way we’ll score is by offensive rebounding or on the break. Our shooting is really becoming a problem that we are not going to be able to overcome.

I think the biggest issue was missing a lot of open looks

The problem with Zuby was that he was not helping defensively in the middle . They were driving at will and Zuby was not coming over to help.

Scott’s miss on a wide open 3 didn’t help and then they get the foul call . It’s like a 5 point swing .

I would still rather have Taylor than Scott . Who hasn’t brought much to the party in my opinion .

Wilcher was having a good game till he started throwing up threes which were not close. Thats what turned things around as another poster said. We were doing well, going to the basket then started jousting up threes.

We are not going to have much of a choice in the second half. Miller is a good coach , Xavier will just slack off take the drives away and make us shoot. That’s how they got back in this game. We may be up 4 but this team is in trouble here. We can’t shoot.
