Which is Your Getaway Car?
My 72' Vette. Unfortunately carjacked at gunpoint in Bushwick. They took my SJU graduation ring too, which I never replaced.

I gotta get me one of them.

after I crashed my Camaro I got a Delta 88. That thing was a gigantic 2 door that just floated over the NYC potholes. Had the big plush seats sort of like the Munster mobile. Not a great getaway car but if you're going to get caught, you might as well be comfortable.

No, this was a little later lol

While this isn’t my car this is how I rolled in 1988 to St Johns with a Gold 1972 Chevy Impala aka “ The Battle Barge “. After I went near broke on gas money freshman year got a white Toyota Corolla and put Tints and a Gold Chain License plate on it and my friends named it “ The Freshmobile “

You don’t know Christine like I know Christine.

I imagine being able to escape to 1955 would make the Back to the Future car the most efficient getaway car. Although you'd need to commit your crime on a street where you could get up to 88 mph.

My getaway car would be the car my parents bought for me when I stayed home for college (SJU) vs Fairfield University...1979 Trans Am 403 6.6 liter Silver with Red interior...God, I loved that car...until a woman ran a stop sign & t-boned me...almost killed me in 1987.

There is a early 60's Porsche and a nice Ferrari in my buildings garage, both would do. Unfortunately I don't have a license in the UK and would likely drive down the wrong side of the road and crash within a 1/4 mile of my get away attempt.

That was definitely a very cool car and everyone wanted one after Smokey & The Bandit movies. A friend of mine had one in the 80s. I believe his was also a 79 but it was black.
