I have a soft spot for Ferrari. And since there are two of them here, it is the Testarossa by the length of my Italian nose.

I always loved those mopar Dodge Chargers and Challengers but two things: Unless you were on a straight highway totally impractical as a getaway car as are most of the extra large muscle cars with their massive horsepower and non-matching, prehistoric suspension and "Jesus Take the Wheel" road handling systems... I had a '69 camaro with a racing suspension when I was at St John's. I did a full 360 on the Van Wyck in a snow storm. Later totalled the front end on the GCP service road after getting cutoff and then hydroplaning into a tree. That was about half the size of a 69 Charger. I love the muscle cars of that era but you'd do better today in a Toyota minivan than one of those... And the confederate flag on the General Lee is not real popular right about now...

The 308 actually not as fast as Magnum PI might imply though I loved the show and won't watch the new one. We've got too many talking cars now with phones but Kit was a nice guy and more useful than Siri or OK Google, so he'd be right up there for me but I'd have to go with the time travel car, DeLorean or not.

After I'm elected Racoon of the year the first thing I'll do is see you buried in Bismarck, North Dakota!

Now I don’t know if I rather live or die.

That is a heck of a thoughtful response to my inane thread (which had an inauspicious start, to say the least).
You must like reminiscing about muscle cars. That or you felt sorry for me, and wanted to rescue this thread before winning an award as the site’s worst ever.

best thread ever. moose's answer was a little disconcerting. I guess it was relevant because today I was having a General Lee horn installed in my Toyota minivan...

I was wondering though if I chose the Miami Vice ferrari do I have to wear the matching blazer and neon t-shirt ensemble? And another point about Robin Master's 308GT Ferrari. I'd have the same problem as Tom Selleck. Couldn't drive it with removing the t-tops. Not made for tall people. Same reason I never bought a Lamborghini. (yea that's the reason).

I’d pick the General Lee but I’d hate to see Kranmars thread get relegated to the politics graveyard

TBF when I replied there was no image as reference so the door was left open so I kicked it down.

This is what would have to carry all the Redmen.com guys. Kind of fitting with no air conditioning

Even the Redmen.com bus could probably beat my old Corvair, lol.
I tooled that old blue beauty around on Campus, all shined up, but It lived on oil and died in a cloud of smoke on the L.I.E. I left it there.
Got a nifty Camaro a few years later.

My 72' Vette. Unfortunately carjacked at gunpoint in Bushwick. They took my SJU graduation ring too, which I never replaced.
