Are you guys really telling me the Italian food in NC isn't better than the Italian food in NYC/Long Island?
Carabbas and The Olive Garden are top notch.

Eat a lot of food. Today going to some low country soul food place called Merts. Tomorrow going to go to a North Carolina BBQ place called Saucers.
Don't feel like drinking today so doubt we will head over to Asheville. Maybe take a long ride and do some of that Blue Ridge Parkway that is supposed to be a great drive
I still haven't gotten completely over the loss so i doubt I will watch hoops today. Hopefully I won't run into any of the Duke team or Coach K in my hotel.
I'm really hoping the hotel gets the AMC channel so I can watch the walking dead tonight
I think I might puke from all the food we ate at Merts today. Caramel cake is going to go down as one of my 3 favorite desserts of all time.
Next time I visit I'm going to take a food tour that samples regional foods at 7 different restaurants. It is one of the top rated attractions on Trip Advisor for Charlotte. the tour we took was 5 star; Charlotte is one of the nicest cities in America.
